senior section

The senior section of the running is dedicated to helping runners of all levels achieve their goals. Our senior section runners hold a special place in our hearts, as they ensure our club continues to grow in numbers and as a community. We offer a supportive and encouraging environment that nurtures the development of our members, whether they’re seasoned runners or just starting out. Our runners take part in various runs, races and competitions, and our priority is to ensure that everyone has fun while pushing themselves to exceed their own expectations.

Each  year the club is involved in several different  race series and annual club events. Some of the races can be found further down this page but if you want more information on them please click on the individual pages in this section.
