Steady Recovery Run,

From the school out round the fisheries passed the scrap yard up the steps. Head toward Tiln then round to Clarborough and back into Retford.

Time trial.

Steady warm up around part of the course.

Fast as you can against the clock round Hallcroft x2 laps and finish back at the school.

Distance between 6 and 7 Miles.

Distance. 1 Mile steady, 5 Miles fast.

Total 6 Miles.

Hill Work.

Warm up run to hill, then at your own pace hill reps as many as you can manage.

Steady run back to the club.

Club run with Darkside.

Steady pace route to be decided.

Drink after at the Rum Runner.

Distance between 7 and 8 Miles

Distance between 5 and 6 Miles

Long Run.

From the club out towards the Whitehouses, then head towards Eaton and round to Ordsall along the road heading back towards the club.

Tempo Run.

Route to be decided, Nick to work out pace and how long to maintain pace.

Distance between. 8 and 9 Miles.

Distance between. 6 and 7 Miles

Recovery Run

From the school towards the train station, then over the sand hills and in to Thrumpton out to the Whitehouses and back round towards the club.

Trail Run.

From the school on to the cannel and out towards Barnby Moor, then head back down the road to Retford finishing at the school.

Distance between. 6 and 7 Miles

Long Run.

From the club towards Hallcroft roundabout then into Ordsall and head out to Gampston, follow the road round to Morton. Past the farm and on towards the prison heading back down the Ranby straight into Retford and back to club.

Time trial.

Distance. 1 Mile steady, 5 Miles fast.

Other info. This run will take longer than an hour, could start at 6pm? Or finish at 8pm?

From club out towards Babworth past the train line and up towards the farm, back on the road to the golf course and then football fields. Heading back towards the club.
